I engaged Ian to do team building work with my senior management team. This is nothing new and we got the expected results of better communication and more trust among the leadership team. What I am most excited about are the results form the leadership and personal development we started offering to the rest of the managers and employees. We are a manufacturing business with 20 office personal and 50 production employees. We have huge cultural, language, economic and social diversity across our entire team. After months of voluntary participation, there was a noticeable shift in moral and better interdepartmental interactions. Now people feel heard and have the courage to speak their own truth. I would have lost some good people that were struggling with interpersonal issues had it not been for Ian’s support. I don’t think I can put a metric on this kind of “emotional intelligence” training, however, the anonymity, separation, and coaching he brings has been instrumental to improving our work environment and productivity. Everything just feels better to me!
